GES, in principle, acts as a bridge to innovation. GES aims to catalyze/create partnerships to explore science and engineering ideas and applications. Translating and transforming outlines and outliers into reality is one of our aspirations.

It may require additional expertise (see PEOPLE section) and a convergence of talent to probe problems, dissect the parts, deconstruct and then reconstruct solutions. Defragmentation of partial solutions and synergistic systems integration may create systems which may perform better than a sum of the parts. As a result, taken together, new tools with higher efficiencies may be useful to re-view old problems with new eyes.
